The FFG. Rules and Regulations are to make your stay SAFE, COMFORTABLE / HASSLE FREE, Please take time to read the following:
- For Check in Guests in our Hotel our Standard Check in time is 2:00pm and for Check out Time is 12:00nn. And for the Day Tour we are Open at 8am until 6pm only. Room Extension or late check out will automatically be charged per hour.
- Upon Arrival kindly Please settle your remaining balance at the reception area.
- Swimming Pool life guard is available during posted pool hours. Please wear Proper swimming Attire (Swimsuit/Trunks). Children must be accompanied by adults.
- Drugs and Firearms are not allowed inside the resort. Please surrender firearms at the reception area.
- Strictly no Cancellation of reservation. (No Refund Policy)
- Pay Attention with your belongings. Resort will not be responsible for any losses of your valuable things.
- No Cooking inside the rooms. We have available grilling station outside the area kindly inform the reception area so that we can assist you.
