The FFG. Rules and Regulations are to make your stay SAFE, COMFORTABLE / HASSLE FREE, Please take time to read the following:

For Check in Guests in our Hotel our Standard Check in time is 2:00pm and for Check out Time is 12:00nn. And for the Day Tour we are Open at 8am until 6pm only. Room Extension or late check out will automatically be charged per hour.
Upon Arrival kindly Please settle your remaining balance at the reception area.
Swimming Pool life guard is available during posted pool hours. Please wear Proper swimming Attire (Swimsuit/Trunks). Children must be accompanied by adults.
Drugs and Firearms are not allowed inside the resort. Please surrender firearms at the reception area.
Strictly no Cancellation of reservation. (No Refund Policy)
Pay Attention with your belongings. Resort will not be responsible for any losses of your valuable things.
No Cooking inside the rooms. We have available grilling station outside the area kindly inform the reception area so that we can assist you.
